In this dissertation, three-layer structure quality engineering management system with Oracle as background database is developed according to theoretic knowledge of quality management, and it is applied to actual engineering.Main contents in this dissertation as follows:1,Introduce systematically related theoretic knowledge of quality management.2,The whole process of developing quality engineering management system is given, and its basic contents include: (1) system analysis and system design, client requirement database data structure is analyzed, and feasibility project of operation system which is applied to construct system network and client is given; (2) total frame that three-layer structure build is given, database system with three-layer structure is interpreted, and construction principle of the system is shown; (3) constructing background Oracle database is given, and adopting optimized measure using Oracle is given; (4) developing the process about server middleware is given, and adopting corresponding measure to correlative problem; (5) developing quality engineering management system client software is given.3,Developed system is applied to actual engineering, and used to solve actual engineering problem. In this dissertation, two actual example is given: (1) optimized design about the winglet on the wingtip of a plane. The design of the winglet on the wingtip of a plane is relatively complicated in the design of an aerofoil due to the influence of no lesser parameters. In this dissertation the method based on the perpendicular design, CFD technology was adopted and combined developed quality engineering management system, which can efficiently select the parameters of a winglet, such as inclination, height, lead edge sweepback and fixing angle; (2)optimized design about magnetron sputtering film thickness uniformity. Magnetron sputtering is widely used technique to deposit films. Thickness uniformity of film influences its properties greatly. Thickness uniformity is an important factor especially for optical film. This dissertation put out a model according to magnetronsputtering theory, and combined developed system to choice important factor and take test, and the technics about preparing film is improved under certain condition.
