With the development of Internet, Traffic Engineering has become a crucial scheme which can optimize the performance of operational network and solve the problem of transporting traffic flows. Due to MPLS being the core technology of the next generation network and efficient QoS being more and more demanded, this paper mainly studies the realization of QoS needed by multiform service on Traffic Engineering with MPLS.The design and innovation of Ameliorative Constraint-based Routing (ACBR) is presented on the base of the studying MPLS technology and Traffic Engineering will MPLS. First, this paper discusses QoS Routing whiten can compute dynamic path and Policy Routing which has static configuration, therefore the both routing methods are integrated to improve routing function into a great degree. The paper also presents the effectual policy rule, designs the routing algorithm which can enhance the utilization and QoS of link, and analyzes application of CR-LDP in MLPS-TE.Finally, an example is described according to our current network structure, and simulated by NS2. The result shows it is feasible that the MPLS-TE scheme presented in this paper could ameliorate our network performance.
