Intelligent Monitoring System Based On A Minimum Frame Difference Image Recognition

In recent years, with the rapidly development of the multimedia techniques and the gradually technical improvement of computer performance, dynamic image manipulation techniques increasingly are thought much by the people. And it harvests the plentiful and substantial fruits in the end. It can be apply to the fields such as traffic management, military affairs goal tracking and biologic medicine and so on. The system of detecting and intelligent tracking to the dynamic goal can make use of computer to replace the job which worker do in the field such as warehouse, transformer substation and bank. Owing to the technique of static image has a limit to use, dynamic image contain more information to the static image accordingly, therefore it is necessary introduce the system of detecting and intelligent tracking to the dynamic goal. Combining with the item of Guangdong University of Technology-"the system of intelligent tracking to the dynamic goal by the camera", this text discusses the research method and research state of digit image and video frequency surveillant technique; analyzes the merit to this method; gives a total thought of developmental method and contexture of video frequency surveillant system which base on image analysis.Firstly this paper introduces the research status and tendency of intelligent video frequency surveillant system in the world in detail. Secondly it discusses the theory to this system. In the end bring forward blue print. Whole system involved in a wide range of knowledge, therefore this paper focuses on a new method of real time image detecting and intelligent tracking to dynamic goal.In the motion detection module, the article first analyzes performance of traditional algorithm and points out some disadvantages.
