| The subject derives from the project of "The test instrumentespecially for RF communication equipment", which is established bysome academe in Shanghai. I undertook the development of thepretreatment module for transceiver and the hopping-frequency signalgeneration module (DDS) in this project.The pretreatment module is divided into several separate parts,including power amplifiers, power detector, temperature detector .Thepower amplifiers are the emphases. Signal in the pretreatment module iswide band which is 250K~1GHz.The hopping-frequency signal generation module is another designemphases in my project. I used DDS technology to generatehopping-frequency signal. DDS is an advanced direct digital synthestechnology in moden communication. Here, we used it to generate250K~30MHz signal.In this paper we also discuss the power detector and the temperaturedetector.The paper begins with the deep theory analysis of the PA, the powerdetector, the temperature detector and the DDS. Then, It is shown that thecircuits of every module. At the same time, the test data and the analysisof it are attached in every chapter. |
