The frequency comb generator has been used widely in the fast radar system and the standard frequency generator which usually need frequency synthesizers that must output many carry frequency at the same time, in instrument & apparatus it is a key part to spread spectrum. Another, using frequency comb generator we can make mmwave frequency synthesizers easily. So it can be found normal in the mmwave communications ,military-scouting,controlling and guiding system etc. The subject came from the cooperation project between Chengdu Sine Science &Technology Ltd. and No.29 institution of china electronic group .In the paper, analyzed theoretically the principle of the frequency comb generator's scheme, the computing of the elements, model of the key parts SRD, and the system's output and input match circuit, self-reword in time and spectrum domain. Because the system need a power amplifier, analyzed the theory and designing of PA in the paper also. About it, used SRD made by METELICS Inc., WJ &,SIRENZA'transistor, designed the frequency comb generator. From the measured result, the design can instead the same products of the overseas in the function, output power equaled with the overseas form 7dBm@200MHz to –36dBm@18G. But it has many disadvantages in the efficiency that should change in the further.
