Recent years, with the deep-going of financial system reform, the deepening of the bank business level, and the opening of financial serving market, bank has been present to a sharp competition that was never seen. Deposit business, the traditional service, can no longer meet the needs of the costumer as well as the market. Consuming by POS when shopping, drawing money using ATM everywhere in the city, checking remaining sum through a phone call, and settling accounts on line etc. have been new demands. Developing with service style and service area, the supporting technical system has becoming more complicated. To offer a convenience service, service men in bank has an increasing amount of work, which cannot be imaging. Own to the fierce competition, many systems were used without a centralized project, which result in a pleasure in a certain time yet the confusion of the whole system later,as well as the reducing reliability. Many preconsole system can be seen in a bank, like POS, ATM, Master Card, Transfer Information Card, Authorization Net, Phone Bank,Net Bank, etc., as is a repetition in investment and a tying up in workers'energy of maintenance and maintaining, which cause an unavoidable encumbrance of new operation. Under such occasion, technical department in Henan Branch attempts to syncretize kinds of small preconsole system together, and replaced by a set of general system, which can be used to trade. As a software developer, I took part in the design of the system, in charge of program compiler. This paper mainly introduces related technical and structure of the general system in Henan Branch, and also gives an detailed explanation to surveillant and managing system which is in the charge of the author.
