Traffic Accident Black Spots In The Study Of Intelligent Investigation

Traffic accidents made the heaviest loss in all kinds of accidents, the frequency of traffic accidents and the death toll from traffic accidents is more than the other kinds of accidents, the death toll from traffic accidents accounts for 70 percent, furthermore the current was going up. In 2001, the death toll from traffic accidents exceeded 100 thousand (106,000), and it is urgent for people to deal with the traffic accidents problem. In the same section of a road, if traffic accidents occurred about the same reason, the traffic department calls the section a traffic accidents black-spot. The reasons of traffic accidents occurred are complex and multiform, so it's difficult to determine whether a section is a black-spot, what its main formed reason is, and how to search for the unknown traffic black-spots. If we can develop a traffic accidents black-spots intelligent searching system, it can depress the amount of traffic accidents of our country and improve the actual effect of traffic management; furthermore it can improve our country's general traffic impression. So we make researches on the subject. The former researches about the determination of traffic accidents black-spots are independent or only base on the previous traffic accidents'statistic data, all of these researches haven't used the roads'existent statistic data sufficiently, and haven't reflected the real dynamic transformation of every influencing factors. So some real dangerous or unknown existent traffic accidents black-spots can not be found out if the search algorithm is based on the former researches. That is to say, The former researches can not accurately analyze roads'traffic safe status entirely. In this paper, I've created a program model. The model integrates the existent traffic accidents'data and expert method to search for traffic accidents black-spots, furthermore it can use rough set to analyze the main reason about the formation of traffic accidents black-spots. The desktop GIS component MapX is embedded in the program model, the model's operation interface was designed through the component and it is better for users to study and operate the system.
