| The study and development of tool software on large-scale ammonia synthetic plant is of great economic prospect, because ammonia synthetic industry is the important part of national economics. The tools software is aimed to improve productivity by means of computerizing technicians' daily works, such as: improving process techniques, equipment maintenance, spot data processing etc.This paper mainly discusses how to design framework of tool software of large-scale ammonia synthetic plant and some key techniques in development process.The paper set up a claim to the method, DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange) combined with computer communication technique, in order to realize data sampling. And the software solved the contradiction between data share in program and data encapsulation.Standard modelers is constructed based on Sequential-modular Approach in theoretical model simulation analysis function. User can build their system model by configures these standard modelers for next use (for instance: simulation testing, simulation analyzing, etc.).The paper has studied three method in build modeling system by Sequential -Modular Approach: building model with dialog box, building model with editing model information file and building model with graphics mode.In order to build the model of complex system, which can hardly be modeled by analyzing their mechanism, the paper has studied how to build system model by regression function in tool software. In the end, some statistics functions have been provided in the tool software to aid technician in daily data processing works. |
