As an intersectant course, the theories of Instructional Design include several aspects, such as teaching theories, learning theories, disseminational theories and System Science theories etc. While Instructional Design is the integration of theories with some concrete course. Instructional Design theory combines every factor of teaching and learning activity by making a comprehensive and systematical arrangement. At present, with the continuous development of Quality-Oriented Education and the new innovation of primary education, Instructional Design has displayed its importance more and more. In the Instructional Design, only master various theories and the knowledge of related subjects completely and exert their creation fully, can do the teachers devise the best project by integrating various subjects organically.The technique of multi-media and network provides abundant support on technology. And also, because of this, many teaching models are produced.How to design the teaching scientifically and optimize the teaching target, has already been put in front of each primary and junior high school teachers. In order to solve the difficulties and the subjectivity of the Instructional design, the author thinks of creating a Instructional Design System model for the primary and junior high school.At the basis of the full comprehension to the basic theories of Instructional Design, combining our current teaching condition of the primary and junior high school, the thesis analyzes the basic principle of the Instruction design systematically.And, combining parts of function of the model, it build up a theories model of Instruction Design System for the primary and junior high schoolo And finally, I develop a small the system based on web. This thesis is totally divided into the four parts, and the brief content of each parts as follows:The first part mainly explains the concept of the Instructional Design for the primary and junior high schoolo And by analying the current teaching condition of our primary and junior high schools, the text puts forward the possibility of the standpoint in this thesis objectively.The second part mainly analyzes the basic theories of Instructional Design and the relation between Instructional Design and them. And furhter, it putforward a general process model of Instructional Design.The third part constructed the theoretical model of Instructional Design System for the primary and junior high school, including the design principle,system function, contents and related technique.For the practice,The fourth part developped a concrete instance of thetheories model-the Instructional Design System for the Primary and JuniorHigh School based on web.This text interprets the theories of Instructional Design in the form of theoretical model and platform and gives help to the primary and junior high school teachers. This is a beneficial integration of the Instructional design theories and the teaching practices.
