Under the economical environment of the global market, the order from customer is still the drive force of the enterprise's production, so it is very important for the enterprise to deal with the order correctly when receives the order .This dissertation discusses the process and the decision principle of dealing with the order in detail in the mode of customization production, and points out the two key technologies inthe course of dealing with the order--estimation of the production pricing anddelivery period, then combined with the theory of time quotation the algorism of production pricing based on the BOM theory in MRPII and the algorism of delivery period base on the theory of KEY PATH are proposed in order to improve the capability of the enterprise's decision of dealing with the order.After acquiring the order, the enterprise should draw up a reasonable p roduction schedule so as to realize a fluent production process to ensure the delivery date. This dissertation introduces the layers and the algorism of the production schedule, and Master P roduction S chedule, M aterial R equire Plan a nd C apacity R equire P Ian a re emphatically introduced but the Shop Floor Control is introduced briefly.The traditional conception of dealing with the order only includes the negotiation about the price and delivery date of the order between the customer and the enterprise, however in this paper this conception is expanded, and a series of successive activities such as drawing up the production schedule, producing and dealing with the sporadic event in the course of producing, delivering the parts and checking up the sale income and so on are figured into the scope of this conception. Furthermore based on the ideal of the CRM the function of sale automation and checking up the sale income are developed.Aiming at the expanding requirement of the system, the concept of the dynamic MIS is introduced.Based on the technology of dynamic SQL and dynamic datawindow, b y m eans of c onstructing t he s ystem d ata d ictionary and t he d atabaseprocedure the program is separated from the specific database table,and the dynamic MIS comes true. In this paper how to design the functions which are often used in the software such as dynamicly inputing, dynamicly filtering, dynamicly expanding the system and so on is explained concretely. One of the system's main functions is to import the order information in the form of Excel document into the system database; however the main memory may be used up when importing the order with plenty of data by means of OLE (Object Linking And Embedding), so by defining several arrays the order information is imported into the main memory and proceeded in advance, then it is put into the database for use.In combination with the requirement of the user this dissertation developed the order management information system which adopted the mode of Client/Server. At the base of synchronizing the two discrete database servers, the main functions include to receive the order from customer, to estimate the production's price and delivery date, to compile the production schedule, to realize the sale automation, to check the sale income, to manage the customer's basic information, to expand the function of the system and so on. With the help of this software, the capability of the enterprise's decision support of dealing with the order is improved and the competition capacity can be also amplified effectively.
