The development of MIMO technology is the key function of next generation wireless communication system, which can boost up the spectral efficiency and channel capability in high degree without increase the band. In general, the multipath is considered as bad factor because it cause fade in the transmission, on the contrary it be considered as good factor in MIMO system. First of all, I would like to discuss the detail of MIMO technology system, and show more concentrate on the MIMO detect technology, make some modify to the original algorithm based the environment of the whole B3G downlink project, reduce the complexity in great degree, but little performance fall compare to the last one. At the end of this part I give you some information of the whole B3G project, which is precondition of this thesis, for example, the construction of B3G system, the whole, detailed deduction of the MIMO detect algorithm. At the other part of my thesis, I put my attention on the fixed point complement and simulation. Discuss many points like what is fixed point number, how and why we use fixed point number to do with research, and what the fixed point function. Then we proceed the MIMO detect algorithm by apply the fixed point measure. In the end we present a way out of the problem we meet in the study. And the result of simulation can show we the feasibility of fixed point proceed.
