By reason of high position precision,all-day getparms,legerity instrument,cost-effectice it is noticed. As the new technology ,GPS jammer is applied to two facts: 1,with GPS navigation ,the vehicle,air transport,ship transport and the act of the fundamental establishement of society should be threatened;2,To keep from happening of the pinpoint and blow of our war goal from making use of GPS navigation. The Solid-state Wideband Power Amplifier is one of the most important part of GPS jammer. Its main function is to amplify the upconvertor's signal.Relative to the class Traveling Wave Tub,it has some advantages,such as,little volume ,large dynamic range,low power dissipation,long natural life. At present , solid state power amplifier has wide application in GPS disturb system of which made most important in research in the solid-state linear Power Amplifier . Then, there is practice purpose with the research topic. There are three power transistor which have been widely used in L band now:Bipolar Junction transistor (BJT), GaAs Metal-oxide Semiconductor Field EffectTransistor (GaAs MOSFET) and Lateral Diffuse Metal-oxide Semiconductor fieldeffect transistor (LDMOS FET) . Thanks to the advantages, such as, wide frequency ,easy power supply,good stability,the GaAs MOSFET has used in the telecommunication . For the reason of the same frequency ,we use the GaAs MOSFET .There are three development for the Wideband Middle Power Amplifier : the first stage power amplifier, the drive stage power amplifier and the last stage power amplifier . we simulate the the biasing circuit and the protective circuit. After select the most suitable to pologystructure of circuit , we simulate input and output matchingcircuit . According the result of simulation , we debug the circuit .
