Mail Gateway Filtering And Monitoring System And To Achieve

With the fast development of Internet, the use of the E-mail is popularized even, but it was the spam question increased day by day that brought there upon .How to prevent the diffusion of the spam, the effective filtration which carries on the spam, it is the key question that must pay close attention to the networking. The paper firstly introduces the realization of E-mail and analyzes the existing problem. Then tells the principle of sending the spam using SMTP protocol loophole. Next, the social reason of producing and developing spam has been introduced, the difficulty of precauting the spam has also been mentioned. finally, the research current situation that the present domestic and international spam filters has been analyzed, including the Bayes algorithm based on statistical analysis that relatively prevails now, several kinds of spam of domain name , mail address black-and-white list way filter technology .On the basis of analyzing the technology adopted by the current main stream antispam and spamfilter software, the paper designs and realizes a comprehensive system which integrates the mail filter and mail proxy's functions. The system can supports the most of the current mainstream MTA ,having many features such as keyword filter, whitelists and blacklists and well supporting for Unicode and other charsets . Furthermore, the system can integrate many antivirus software.The management module can automatically distribute system antispam policy, giving the statistics on schedule,providing necessary security prewarning capability for WAN, reducing security vulnerability and improve efficiency and effect on wholly.It also gives a test report about the system which shows the better security stability and availability. The system has been deployed in two companies and achieved good result.
