Integrated Manufacturing System Based On Ug Software Applications

This paper puts forward based on highly development of numeral control technology. The post builder is the key technology of numeral control technology. To improve the efficiency of HuaZhong numeral control system, this paper exploits the post builder system. And the methods of quadratic exploitation of UG software are discussed particularly.Quadratic exploitation of software UG should be done according to practice of the factory, which would advance labor efficiency. The quadratic exploitation of software UG though MFC of VC is studied in this paper. This methods will be a reference to the others.This paper make use of these functions to design complicated model. Because of the complexity of part, it should be programmed by automation. Then the manufacturing parameters should be set. The quadratic exploitation of UG makes integration of design , modeling and manufacture, up to building NC program , which advances the efficiency of manufacturing.This paper exploited a post builder program for HuaZhong numeral control system by VC. Based on UG software to design, model and build CLSF, the post builder transacts CLSF to build NC program. The system makes NC program of UG import into the machine tools. So the efficiency is highly improved. The friend interface makes the operation easily.In this paper, the methods of quadratic exploitation of UG are broadened, which makes the functions of UG boost up. UG software with the post builder of this task can make the operation easy, save on time of program and improve the production efficiency , which predigests the application of HuaZhong numeral control machine tools.
