Housing Fund Accounting Accounting System Analysis, Design And Implementation

With the housing system reform, a great variety of housing funds have emerged across China, including housing accumulation funds (HAF), housing allowances, proceeds of housing sales and urban housing funds. All these funds concern the interests at different levels of nation, collectives and individual workers. Therefore, how to manage these funds through modern management means so as to play their full role in the housing system reform has called for an exigency to deal with. Since the existing kinds of commercialized financial computerization software were designed for general and universal purposes, they cannot appropriately meet the needs of managing the HAF. To develop a purpose-specific software has become a necessity and an urgency to cater to the needs of managing HAF, in addition to the common functions of existing kinds of financial software.This project made lots of research on the financial management on housing accumulation funds. On the basis of research, the contents of financial management on housing accumulation funds are defmitized. By using of object-oriented software developing technology and the idea of unified software development process, we analyze the requirement, system modeling, architecture designing, database designing, and program on Housing Accumulation Funds' Accounting System(HAFAS). The main research work and achievements include:1. Financial Requirement AnalysisBy using of object oriented technology, we make requirements analysis on HAFAS, set up the use cases diagram on "system management & accounting initialization" and "sub-accounting financial system". Besides, we analyze some use-cases. Therefore, the requirement and objective of HAFAS is clarified.2. Modeling on Financial SystemBy using of unified modeling language, we make static modeling and dynamic modeling on the system, design the whole functional structure, set up system initialize class diagram, vouchers class diagram and other static diagram on the system. The dynamic diagram of the system viz. systematic general process activity diagram, systematic vouchers processing sequence diagram and system account book activity diagram are set up.3. Accounting Architecture and Database DesigningWe analyze and design the system structure, adopt object-orient Visual Basic 6 as system foreground programming language, choose Microsoft SQL2000 as background database platform. The database tables where used are designed by normal form, and the all database tables are designed.4. The Discussion and Realization on the Issue of Programming Realization and Automatically Generated VouchersThe all analysis and design are realized by exerting object-orient programmed language VB6. Especially, the pilot research on automatically generated vouchers is carried out, and the use cases diagram is given out. Additionally, analysis on use-cases, process flow and programming are realized.The innovation of this project is that the "Automatically Generated Vouchers" and the "Interest Calculate and Process on HAFAS" are thoroughly realized.The HAF system has been practised for seven or eight years in China, but the development and application of HAF—specific software are still at its earlier stage. This paper focuses such a specific software development and application by means of analysis and overview. This academic effort is hoped to promote the HAF-specific software development and application, and contribute to the on-going housing system reform.
