Recent research has showed that DNA is not only the key of the life, but also the medium for ultra-compact information storage and ultra-scale computation. One potential key application is DNA-based, molecular cryptography system. This paper wants to show the recent research of DNA-based cryptography of the world and demonstrate the feasibility. Base on other people' researches, we part design and thinning some procedures for DNA-based cryptography based on one-time-pads. Those procedures are designed for practicality exerts, including some detail designs as follows: Following the technique of the digital coding, we design the new method for coding the DNA molecular. It is be more simple and effective than oriental method. To validate the DNA-based cryptography, we do the constructed experiment following the procedures. We define the plaintext as the simple English information, create the one-time-pads as the encryption key and using the DNA chip (simulated) to encrypt the plaintext by others' designing procedures. Considering the security of transferring one-time-pads, we use the DNA steganography and thinning the procedure.
