Based On Uclinux Gas Remote Meter Reading System Design And Research

The intelligent remote gas meter-record system is used to. check inhabitants' meters in modern residential areas, and its born has solved the traditional problem of checking meters by hand tackle and made these practices informationized and intelligented of gas supply departments and property management companies.This paper discusses how to study and develop the hardware and software of this system. The core of the system is how to realize the collecting data and the data transmission. This system takes the advantages of the network capability of ucLinux to improve the functions of communication. The software used to manage information has been developed by Delphi. The main technology applied during the course of developing this software is the realization of communication in Internet and of administering database by ADO.
