With the development of Internet these years, Network Publishing has come forth as a totally new publishing model based on advanced network publishing technologies, which makes the whole process of products, circulation and payment digitalized and networked . What's more, not only the traditional publishing houses, but also the commercial publishing houses have come into the Network Publishing trend, which makes the networking publishing industry more and more prospering. But as a new-born business , Network Publishing has many problems to be solved, such as : the format quality preservation and intellectual property (IP)of Network Publishing. From this aspect, it is essential to resolve these problems to make Network Publishing grow healthily.Nowadays traditional publishing managing methods can't satisfy the needs of the development of Network Publishing. And many other things, such as digital library , digital resource implementing and resource sharing, require a normative standard. So the research on the standards of Network Publishing is of academic and practical values.Based on the above analysis, this thesis analyzes the standards of Network Publishing systematically which comprises format standards, quality control standards preservation standards and IP protection standards. All of these four aspects constitutes a frame of Network Publishing standards. First, the paper sums up the characters and functions of present Network Publishing formats and analyses the establishing process, main format, format standard trend and the basic of Network Publishing formats. Second, the paper analyzes the meanings, standards and methods of Network Publishing quality control, based on which some suggestions on Network Publishing quality control standards are put forward. Third, after analyzing the difficulties and research status quo of Network Publishing preservation standards, the paper gives some measures on the establishing of Network Publishing preservation standards. Finally, the author analyses the difficulties, models, processes and directions of Network Publishing IP protection standards.
