Along with the competition in mobile communication market became more and more drastically, mobile communication company realized that the quality of customer service is the most important kernel and competitive power. Company must show consideration for the customer and make them satisfactory and can gain success in competition.VIP is one aspect of the important guarantee for company' s profit and durative development. Company should build up the customer relationship management idea, strengthen the service consciousness for the VIP, expand the VIP number, enhance the VIP' s loyalty and retain the VIP. All of the above are mobile communication company' s strategic tasks. I prosecute my research under the circumstance , the target is to develop a VIP management system for ShanXi Mobile Communication Company.My main research contents are belows:1. The design and realization of the system function modules. I have designed and realized four modules, they are Abnormal Remind module, Abnormal Management module, Individual VIP Management module and Customer Manager Management module. The four modules are the most important modules because they were used most frequently in VIP management system. And I take part in the other module' s design and realization, such as Statistical Report module, Performance Examination module.2. Data exchange. I have designed and realized all the parts about system data exchange. One part of data exchange is between VIP service management system and other systems, which use technology of XML; the other part of data exchange is between VIP service management system and customers, which use Excel as the carrier of data, including download, upload, resolution, formatting etc.3. Optimizing of database performance. It can shorten the system response time by using database connection pool and creating index.4. The design of interface. I take part in the work of designing interface which should satisfy customers' requirements.The development and application of ShanXi Mobile Communication Company' s VIP service management system can consumedly enhance service level, service quality, and can provide all kinds of services for the VIP. It will become a powerful tool for ShanXi Communication Company to increase profit and competition power.
