Chinese Property Management(PM) industry born in 1980s. As a new industry, its IT degree is on the stage of studying & developing.The remote control model from each branch for PM industry is leading to supervision problem for authority and system. On the other hand, it is very important to PM companies to ensure the accuracy of management fees. Property Management companies are looking for a solution to balance between remote controlling and efficiency improving , and the introduction of information technology in this industry is exactly a short cut. This document has analyzed the information technology structure for property management from a overall view and concluded that the cost and business authority sub-system should be regarded as the core system.Secondly, this document has provided the solution on WEB environment for core business of property management industry base on the analysis and design principle of facing the user. This solution has not only solved the problem which has existed in property management industry for long time: information insulation between "work flow" and "core business system" , but also implemented the integration of multi-system and relized the integrated user authentication for multi-system such as core business system and intranet.As a responsible person for several information technology projects in property management industry, I am in charge of the feasibility analysis, design, development, implementation, acceptance check and accessment work for these project direcly and has involved in the detail design of core module and the development of codes.
