Based Vehicle Communication System Of The Ad Hoc Network Mac Protocol

As a sub-project of the MANETs based on the 3G technology and the research of MANETs, this paper focuses on the research of MAC (medium access control) protocols in Ad-hoc synchronized networks.The vehicle communication system based on ad hoc network is characterized by flexible setup, fast-development, without necessity for the help or existence of any infrastructure, low cost and robust, and has large commercial and social value. In the vehicle communication system based on ad hoc network, besides fairness, QoS and hidden, exposed terminal problems, the MAC protocol must consider the practical application of the vehicle communication system. We research, realize and simulate the MAC protocol of FLEETNET—RR-ALOHA. And on the basis of this, a new MAC protocol—CCR-ALOHA is proposed. At present, we realize the protocol in the simulation environment and primarily analyze the performance.In this paper, we give an introduction to the vehicle communication system based on ad hoc network in chapterl, which allow the reader to again abecedarian understanding before embarking into the details. Chapter 2 exposes the difficulties in the design of media access in the vehicle communication system based on ad-hoc networks. Chapter3 then gives the central thought and realization of RR-ALOHA. In chapter4, a new MAC protocol—CCR-ALOHA is proposed, and the central thought, realization, simulation and performance evaluation are introduced.
