Based On The Data Broadcasting Push Service Research

With the appearance and development of cybertimes, more and more persons incorporate to the information-intensive society and need Media's information such as the obtaining of information, knowledge and entertainment programs. But the amount of the multimedia-service becomes too huger to be managered by message-change only, so a new network service model is needed to solve such a contradiction urgently. What the study of this text is that the media service platform on the base of data broadcast and the service of pushing away files, meeting a large number of users' demand for media service. And the problems such as How implement it that a great lot of users receive the information pushed away effectively and how according to actual demand and current situation the media is pushed away by broadcasting better, is the key problems of this service which is needed to solve and also is the focal point that this text should analyze.This paper investages the platform architecture for the data-broadcasting based file delivery service and the delivery stragery.The following aspects are included.1. An analysis of the typical domestic and foreign data-broadcasting based file delivery service platform architectures is made. In the process of comparation, the author gives the advantage of media service based combining the CATV network and the Internet.2. Different categories of data-broadcasting based file delivery services are analyzed in a systematic way. The related techiniques widely used home and oversea are also introduced. Besides, the author points out the critical problems to be solved for the data-broadcasting based file delivery service.3. The author studies the active file delivery mode and proposes the automatic scheduling strategy which relies on the time sect load and the statistic of the file popularity. Furthermore, the author explores the on-demand mode and gives the on-demand strategy based on time compensation and band width compensation.The file delivery strategys proposed in this paper have been applied in the modern remote education system for rural cadres in ZheJiang province. Thousands of receiver sites have been set up in ZheJiang province which implement the courseware delivery tasks effectively. The system has got a high appreciation from the experts as well as the users.
