Civil Aviation Agent Sales Management System

This paper analyses and realizes a Data Base Manage System -Air Manager System (AMS)-based on B/S (Browser/Server) structure which designed for a man of business in CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) in detail.Air Manager system realizes the ticket managing by computer, involving ticket inputting, deleting, modifying, searching, returning and other ticket disposals about works of the MBC(a man of business in CAAC). By AMS the report forms can be built in order to collect some information about ticket number, voyage, airline, selling time and booking clerk. These report forms contribute many helps to finance personnel. The system can set up user level in addition. These are manager, booking clerk, finance personnel. Every one level user has the given popedom to perform their jobs belong to themselves and can't to do others which need to do by other personnel. In security, the system provides the user name and password validation mode. All the users who do not pass the validation will be forbidden to login the system and to perform any operations.In technology the system's framework adopts Three Layers System Construction based on B/S which divides the application into three layer: user interface layer, business logic layer and data base layer. The Access Data Base of Microsoft is used in system, which is connected with JDBC-ODBC (Java DataBase Connectivity-Open DataBase Connectivity) Bridge. The program ofsystem is written in Java. The design pattern of software adopting in system is Model 2 which is one kind of the MVC (Model/View/Controller) pattern. In program JavaBean, JSP, Servlet acting as the Model, View and Controller of the MVC pattern respectively.The system provides the MBC with many managements by personal computer, consisting of ticket affair, report forms and employee managing and so on in daily works. This software system can help MBC to finish jobs electronically and automatically, improving many lacks in manual work ever. In technology, the MVC is adopted and surpasses other correlative systems' framework pattern. The system will give the MBC many helps and will be used in practice soon.
