With the development of interactive simulation technology, the simulation was required to give a more realistic description of the real world ,and simulation models to be more universal and expansible, especially which is an outstanding characterization in virtual battlefield.Based on HLA and the vega software, "Battlefield Environment Simulation System Based on HLA" was implemented in this paper. The two main parts of this paper are depicted as follows:Part one, the simulation software about the battle of three UavS(Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) federates and three radars federates, based on HLA, was implemented in this paper. Time Management and Data Distribution Management of the simulation software also were implemented, which was used to effectively complete federates' synchronization in time and space, and to effectively reduce the redundant data in the network.Part two, operation efficiency of Anti-radiation Unmanned Aerial Vehicles is assessed. On the basis of the principle of the WSEIAC's weapon system efficiency evaluation, operation efficiency of UavS attack radar in the simulation opertional environment is analysed and assessed.
