With the improvement of enterprise automatization, enterprises are getting moreinformation data. Sufficient information data lift up operation efficiency and reduce operationcosts thus enhance competitive capability for enterprises. However, because the informationsystems inside enterprise were not developed at the base of one information platform, theapplication systems can't communicate with each other. If we dispose of these old systems, design them again and develop them basing on one information platform, enterprises can't afford. How to protect the current investment, how to obtain information data share and integrationamong departments within the enterprise, and How to remove the growing Information IsolationIslands among enterprises are problems that every information staff should resolve.Data exchange technology hence become focus under this circumstance. Ittargets on access to share and combine information data, equipment, and humanresource among various systems. But typical data exchange technology applies inpoint-to-point mode, which exists an interface when connecting between every twosystems. Thus workloads get heavier when more systems are connected. And, thecoupling degree of data exchange is so high that application systems may crash whennetwork congests.Text below brings forward an "Enterprise Information Channel" -a frame baseson J2EE Message Middleware and XML. This frame centers on the servermiddleware, which links with the distributed nodes. Nodes finish the local functions, and the server middleware are coordinator which control the information transfer andworking with each other of all nodes. This Frame facilitates every connected system to access the InformationChannel easily. Data collection and consumption run on their own once certaincollection and consumption interfaces are applied. Also, multithreading technologyenables simultaneous collection and consumption implementation in all connectedsystems. The entire system is featured as universal, open and synchronism. After analysis, this frame are divided into four parts including the messagecenter, the controller and monitor of collecting and consuming, the server ofcollecting and consuming, and the configuration tool of collect and consuming. Thepaper specifies the realization of the four parts and explains the difficult andimportant point of technique. At last, this paper gives the concrete example runningon this frame.
