It is an urgent need to resolve various problems on teaching by means of modern information technology with its feasible application and in formalize the teaching management. Currently many of universities have been setting up their own Campus-Wide Information Systems (CWISs) with the rapid development of the computer network. Under such circumstances, Network Educational Administration Management information System (NEAMIS) can be realized by internet based on the NMIS (Network Management Information System) built by virtue of web technology and software development technology.NEAMIS based on Web technology is built upon Internet environment. It is the combination of both internet technology and the development method of MIS. In the process of NMIS development, the most commonly used Web technologies include.- HTML, HTTP, ASP, PHP, JSP, Vbscript, JavaScript, etc.In the Internet environment, the security of Network and database is an important factor to be considered apart from the analysis of its function while designing and realizing NMIS. The basic technology of Network security mostly includes Network Encryption, Firewall, Network Address Transfer, Operating System Security Kernel, Authentification and Network Virus Defense. The security of database involves the security function of database management system, the security function of application program and database encryption.Network Educational Administration Management information System(NEAMIS) is required of Guangdong Peizheng College with its functions applied in such fields as Student Data Management, Course Setup, Teaching Outline Management, Grade Management, Public Information Management and so on. The design of this system includes the design of database table and the functional cells. Data browse, data modification, user authentification and automatic handling of backstage data are the four chief elements in the realization of every function with its own feature analyzed systematically in this article.This essay mainly explores the function of system requirements of NEAMIS by means of structuralized analysis. The data flow chart and the logical model ofthe new system are presented based on the advanced technology and the modularized software structure, with which every functional module and database is elaborately designed so that the whole system sees the realization. Applied with the interblended system of C/S and B/S, APS, and Net technology, every functional module can work either independently or cooperatively on the internet to achieve data share.3. Physical layer as the first line built for setting up front server and installing the firewall maintains the physical net of data server which separates the direct visit from outside. The second line is log-in layer that confirms the visit right of the users by the validation of the users' name and password. Data layer, the last line of defense, lists the data in the database to accredit the users with different types. |
