Especially after entering the WTO, the home industry set forth a new problem to die-casting technique for upgrading the competitive abilities. How to use scientific management to raise the quality and prolificacy of products, and how to reduce working cost, have being paid more attention by the die-casting factories. The technique analytics by experience, definite nature, no definite quality, will not be the means of die-casting technique. In overseas die-casting industries, computer application in die-casting always is an important way to upgrade the die-casting technology. More and more die-casting machines are equipped with test device. Up to now several companies of our country have brought in these advanced test system. But it's very expensive to adopt these advanced test systems from overseas. Whether from economic angle or from technical angle, it's very urgent and important to invent our own test systems of knowledge such as the die-casting machine management system. These products will be widely applied in the future.After many analysis work of this project on the fields of die-casting machine structure, working environment and etc., Industrial Personal Computer is adopted instead of traditional PLC controller. The software is developed by using Microsoft Windows2000 Chinese interface and popular visual programming language—Visual Basic. We use their various visual object-oriented tools, make the function of applied programs complete and perfect, make the operation simply and easy, make the interface humanistic and beautiful. By constantly modifying, advancing and improving, we have formed the die-casting machine test system to satisfy the client's needs. This die-casting machine test system can be used to monitor various die-casting machine technique parameters during die-casting machine working. It can be helpful to technique analysis, can be base for system analysis, and can be used for test equipment of die-casting machine technique parameters. It will be great helpful to all die-casting technique workers, die designers, die-casting machine designers. The widely use of die-casting test equipment would greatly affect this kind of profession. |
