Under the market economy condition, the motivationmechanism has been one of the important contents and focus topicin the field of internal management mechanism for businessenterprise, about which there are plenteous achievements both inthe domestic and international domain. Because the publishingcompany has the dual special features, one of which is thecultural business organization and the other one of which is thebusiness enterprises, it is easily neglected in the research ofmotivation mechanism. As the backlist framework power, theissuing personnel have the dual function of the marketing andthe cultural developing, but the tiny view research in thisfield is still blank currently. This thesis uses the basictheories of motivation, which will criticize and analyze thepresent condition of the issuing personnel motivation mechanism,and inquire into the basic condition and system modes toestablish the motivation mechanism and make it perfect.The importance lies in that by which the publishingcompany can stimulate all the enthusiasm and the creativity toget benefits. It should be admitted that motivation mechanismhas already obtained certain result. However, because of thetraditional management principle, the administrative managementmode, and the backward inner part control and the other factors,some problems are still widespread. For example, focusing on thematerial encouragement and neglecting the spiritual ones, whichcan't accord with the internal request of the socialism marketeconomy;unfair allotment and unscientific performanceevaluation;unsatisfactory negative encouragement, etc. In orderto establish the motivation mechanism and make it perfect, thepublishing company should set out the scientific and reasonableissuing target and building up the sensible system of examiningthe accomplishment and allotment according to the issuingpersonnel's demand.The motivation mechanism is one kind of dynamic systemwith many phases, which is made up of the motivation factors,the subject and the object, the principles and methods, theenvironment and the feedback, etc. These main factors affecteach another and their interaction forms the complicated process.It is necessary to clarify the relation between these mainfactors and moderate their functions to make full use of themotivation mechanism and stimulate the enthusiasm and thecreativity of the issuing personnel in publishing company.
