Based On The Knowledge Management Team Learning Network Platform Design And Development

When human being enters the 21 century, the social economic gradually shifts from the industrial age to the knowledge age. Knowledge has become the most important element and the main source of economic growth. Human resource has become the most important capital and fundamental motive for development. In the knowledge age, the majority who create the wealth will be the knowledge worker, the most successful organization will be the one which is a learning organizations. Over a long period, most organizations keep a specific functional structure. As time flies, lots of them turn to a team-working structure to meet the needs of the changing environment. Organizations come to know the complexity and cooperation of a required task. It is impossible to complete a task by one single person. Only the cooperation work can make good use of skill and personality of every person, thus fulfill the task with the power of team.Information Technology, based on computer and internet technology, is reconstructing the original social structure and order. Human Society is experiencing deep reform in different fields.. In the area of education, the rapid development of information technology are promoting the emergence of network courses, establishment of distance school, which make people could learn and cooperate without regarding to the time and district limit, and result in the possibility of collaborative learning. Advantages of Network Learning can be generated into three aspects: integration of information resources and sharing mechanics;flexibility of the ways of information representing and processing;virtuality of communication among people. Resulting from the advantages above, people are attaching more importance to the developing of Network Learning System.The article is made up of 4 parts:Part 1:Preface: An overview on research of learning platform and its network platform realization both in and abroad.Part 2:Comparison to the current learning platform, profound analysis on several famous platforms are given, the characteristics and exist problems form the basis for the design anddevelopment of learning platform. Part 3:Core of the article: Theory basis for the design and development of learning platform is given: Constructivist Learning Environments, Coordinative Learning Theory and Knowledge Management. Part 4:The main part of learning platform design: Base on the comparison in part 2 and the theory on part 3, a framework of learning platform is raised, the function, structure, procedure, systematical structure is given, the realization for every functional module is explained in details. Part 5:Post-test of learning platform: The platform has been used as an associated learning tool in the Course: Education Philosophy and educational Reform in Nanjing University, with a target objective of junior students. A survey is implemented, the advantages and disadvantages have been revealed. Further adjustments have been made after the test.Hopefully the article would be helpful to researchers who are interested in platform design and development, as well as those who want to improve the team-work learning platform on the theory basis of knowledge management.
