"The study of examination of ball mill load "is foundation as the real project " The DCS control system of ManYinGou mining factory's mining" ,this dissertation studied the difficulty of "examination and control of ball mill load" This dissertation is composed of three parts: load examinate, load control, the platform of system.The part of load examination using the measured results with three types of signal sensors . Using the established mathematical models of ball mill grinding process, the internal parameters in ball mill are calculated with the given conditions of fixed rotational speed ratio;The results show that calculation values of the internal parameters in ball mill can be effectively calculated using the measured results with three types of signal sensors. The internal parameters in tumbling mill are charge volume, media charge size distribution, the ratio of material to media and the pulp density of grinding. These parameters are very important in the grinding process, which can exert a tremendous influence on the grinding result. It is the foundation for realizing optimal control of grinding process to measure exactly the internal parameters in the ball mill. The part of load control build two control systems: mine control and load control. Because of the tune easily, mine control used PID control. Load control used the optimum control;the platform of system is builded by Borland C++ Builder RAD.
