| At present, the changes of the market and the competition environment put forward higher and newer request about production management on discrete manufacture enterprises. The discrete manufacture enterprises not only have to make a quick reaction to the variety of the market environment, but also have to satisfy the variety of the customer requirements.Therefore, establishing a modern integrated production management information system based on customization and supported by information technology, computer technology and network technology is the prerequisite of realizing the modernization of production management in discrete manufacture enterprises and the important assurance of product commercialization and profit maximum of an enterprise at the same time.This project rooted in Sichuan Provincial Manufacture Information Demonstrating engineering– Low cost production management system facing middle and small enterprises (Powermach integrated production management system, the project number: 04GG010-008). In this thesis, beginning from the practical circumstances of the Powermach limited corporation and aiming at a good many problems existing in the production management of this enterprise, wide investigations and analysis of this company were performed and the business flow diagrams, data flow diagrams and function flow diagrams of the system were described in details by using the advanced thought of the existing production management modes home and abroad and the structure of the ERP production management systems for reference.
