| Torpedo Guidance and Control System (TGCS) is the heart of torpedo electronic system, and the performance will directly influence torpedo's battling effectiveness. The modern war requires torpedos to have higher performance, especially longer voyage and higher maneuverability, which bring all kinds of message and connecting mode. As yet, the system architecture of TGCS mainly uses the X86 system or other hardware with high-power-consume, and without using operating system. So it's comparatively hard for traditional torpedo to respond timely and exactly to the paroxysmal events.This thesis firstly researches the system architecture of TGCS , consequently, aim at it's hardware and software shortages, proves that the embedded technology is more suitable for designing the system architecture of TGCS. The principle prototype of microcontroller is designed in the laboratory, which uses ARM architecture chip S3C44B0X as its microprocessor, then VxWorks as its operating system. Furthermore the thesis analyzes and designs the principle prototype from hardware system to software system.As for the hardware system, the principle prototype selects ARM technique chip S3C44B0X as the center controller node, which creativly using "building block" structure composing two boards of the main and the secondary. The main board provides Memory storage module, Serial port, JTAG module and some other basic modules, as the secondary board provides Network port, CAN port, USB interface circuit. With regard to the software of the system, VxWorks is successfully ported into the S3C44B0X main board. The BSP development of VxWorks is completed using two different methods of UART and Ethernet, and VxWorks booting technique and related hardware driver are developed. Especially, the block memory device's driver of embedded dosFs file system based on VxWorks is developed, which is extraordinary fit for the application design of large capacity memory uses as the TGCS.According to jointly debugging of the system, that principle prototype reaches the purpose of the design. The production will be a significant technical storage for the full digital torpedos of next generation. |
