Information Environment Of The School-based Training Model

In view of information-based education in the teaching application and the school-based educational research, this research have discovered great gap between the teacher's expectation to the information-based environment and practice, put forward the problem in the process of information-based environment construction and the usage, and carry on the deep study based on domestic and international theories and the practice, review on the teacher profession development and school-based education research, look into the domestic and international the typical model case of school-based education research in network environment. According to the research of the present condition and the problem in traditional teaching, the researcher probes the initial theories model of school-based education research in network environment.Questionnaire are used to investigate situation and problem in traditional teaching and school-based education research in network environment, to discover various influence factors and personal views of school-based education research in network environment with interview. And find the network problem through observation. The study shows that the teachers' education research is the relationship of cooperation and communication, the network is technique environment and medium of indirect communication for the teachers' education research, which should be motivation for the teachers' communication. The network does not only supply the resources on the structure but also enhance the human relationship, and it has more function of humanities spirit. The existing network is constructed mostly in the form of resources, culture and BBS, of which main characteristics is that communication exists within the more extensive scope, therefore, it can't form the groups, nor satisfies the demand of the independent development. According to the practice of the teachers' education research in network, researcher put forward suggestions in virtual environment of school-based education research in network and suggests construction of school-based education research in the network.
