| The modern education information system is no longer a single official working information system. . With the development of network popularization and its relevant practice , It has become an integrative information system which collects network official working , information working and news transmission . It is now a subject of studying for most colleges to resolve such problems as how to utilize network information technology and modernized educational means , how to realize educational resource-sharing and educational management mechanorography.This system utilizes campus network tool , realizes the rational disposition of educational resources , realizes the automation of management for the whole teaching ,set up an information system including dozen pieces of module while consist of network official working , network enroll new students , charge , electronic data interchange , new born entrance management, management of teaching and status management . This text has described the mentality of designing of this system and technological solution especially.The practical system of educational resources of campus network adopts a system of three-layer structure , having formed our own software development system of B/Sstructure. It utilizes such TCP/IP agreements as WEB technology , HTTP,SMTP,OP3 etc. utilizes such programming technology as ASP,VB, JAVA etc. and SQL Server2000 database , disposes the software and database in the end of the server , but not in end of customer . It solves the program of conveyance of files of different type .In the practice of Web , it is a function often used that the file is conveyed , but because of the limitation of VBScript itself, it has been a difficult program all the time to convey the files . We have studied a kind of method of utilizing VBScript to convey all kind of files in this system, the file conveyed can be produced again on the server .
