Currently coal, oil and other natural energy supply is tight, how to improve the conversion efficiency and reduce pollution has become the top priority to high thermal energy needed enterprises. With China accessing to the WTO, "power grids" has become an inevitable trend. How to improve the operation economic of units has become an urgent thing needed to be study and addressed important issues. Fluid bed boiler has fuel cycle with adaptive wide, cross-sectional high-intensity heat and pollutant emissions less, boiler load adaptability good, relatively simple fuel production system. These characteristics make fluid bed boiler universal application. But the current status of most the medium temperature, medium pressure boilers cannot achieve for the designed operational efficiency goal, on the one hand the operating efficiency control technologies of the boilers are at the stage of development; On the other hand it is lagging behind because of various advanced management control algorithms are not fully applied. Based on the project for high-tech zones in Jinan city application background, this dissertation puts forward many innovative scheme against which the current online operating efficiency calculation is complicated and it is very costly implementing SIS between MIS and DCS to small and medium power plant. Many of the existing plant economic calculus are offline which are not only a waste of manpower but also not the real-time calculus. In the promotion of operating efficiency intelligent online monitoring and management system to small and medium thermoelectric enterprises, it will improve the economic efficiency of thermoelectric enterprises to reduce energy consumption in production processes and reduce equipment failure, which is important component to achieve scientific and modern enterprise management。First, the author studies a variety operation efficiency of the existing methodology of medium pressure, medium temperature boilers in-depth. According to the status of domestic small and medium power plant from the economic perspective, the author puts forward small and medium power plant practical algorithms. To mechanical incomplete combustion heat loss calculation uses conventional calculation error large, the author presents a neural network and other advanced algorithms to reduce errors, uses the "export entry" method to calculate the operation efficiency of the components which avoids the heat of the concrete structure of the calculation and increases algorithm interoperability, takes advantage of Configuration software features and suggests web dynamics by means of achieving real-time services.
