The Development Of Travel Agent Computer Management System Based On The Struts Framework

With the development of computer technology, information age speeds up to come to us. Meanwhile computer technology has been applied to every domains, tourist agency domain is not exception. In the last few years, traveling has rapidly developed in our country. The competition in tourist agency industry which is the terminal service of traveling is very hotly. Information is the soul of modern enterprises, and similarly, the development of tourist agency also needs the support of information system. In this way, the tourist agency company can remain invincible at competition and achieve considerable economic benefits. The background of this thesis is the development of the web application system of tourist agency.With the development of Object-Oriented technique as well as web technique and widely use of industrial standard of J2EE, software framework technique has been immensely applied in web application systems. Software development is a knowledge activity, so the collection and accumulation of knowledge is very important. With the techniques of software-reuse was put forward, Component-Based Development has become more and more important, which can reduce the cost and accelerate the improvement of developing. Framework can describe a special operation fields using a structured mode, that is, solidify the related techniques by way of codes, documents and models. Applying framework makes the enterprise implement the goal of reducing cost and enhancing software quality. And Struts is a source-opened, excellent web framework, it is the standard realization of MVC and core J2EE patterns. Struts is convenient for code development and management, and suitable for the large-scale and complex web systems. So Struts is using for the implementation of management system of Tourist agency.The paper researches and designs the management system of Tourist agency that based on Struts, and introduces relevant concepts about the mode and the Struts. Through analyzing the modes adopted by old systems, it explains the advantages of the Struts. Through analyzing the existing management system of tourist agency, it points out the disadvantages, and especially provides the solution and implement that constructed three-layer management system of tourist agency base on Struts according to the real demand. In the three layers , the view layer and the mode layer are the deeper expansion on the primary base of the Struts, the data access object layer mainly do the system level encapsulation through data access object class.
