| Along with the developing of personnel system reform and the construction of open organization work system, from the 1980s, all levels of organization and human affairs departments have studied and experimented for selecting the leading cadre. Publicly selected the leading cadre is significant breach, and more and more praise obtained by all levels of organizers and people who taking the exam. Since long ago, as lack of unifiable and standard synthesis management system used for publicly selecting test, all the test only can adopt the artificial proposition mode. The apply of artificial test mode demonstrates not only working efficiency low but also the quality is irregular, even can cause to divulge a secrets easily.According to developing of current domestic cadre personnel system reform and open organization work system, In order to satisfy publicly selecting leading cadre's requirement, this article described the developing process of the test system by using software tool, such as DELPHI, SQL Server etc., human's wisdom and computer technology. The test system, both enhanced quality of the test and induced cost of the test. At the same time, the system takes the good condition of publicly, equality, competition, optimal for the test.This article described the developing process from significance, demand analysis and function design of the test system. The three key technology of database structure design, test question library management, question extract algorithm and so on were discussed in detail in the article. Intelligence question extracted algorithm based on the partition stochastically sampling method was applied in the system. The result of test demonstrates that the system can satisfy the requirement for selecting publicly the different rank leading cadre, which has the good compatibility and openness. |
