3g Mobile Phone Embedded System Development Based On The Brew Solution Architecture Design And Realization

The so-called 3G mobile phone, which means the third generation of it, generally refers to a new generation of mobile communication system that combines sound communication with multimedia communication. The 3G mobile phone bases its powerful function on high speed of data communication. At present, the transfer speed of GSM net is 9600B/S, while the speed of 3G can reach 2.048Mbit/S eventually. The supreme data transfer speed provides 3G mobile phone a bright future in service proliferation such as multimedia communication, game download and video-telephone meeting. BREW, a general joint provided by QUALCOMM for the application program of wireless data, plays an important role in service proliferation of the 3G mobile phone. This article introduces the present condition and future of 3G both home and abroad, and explains the simulation and realization of the 3G embedded system based on BREW, and describes its developing trend and prospect.The first part is exordium, which generally introduces the present condition and future of the mobile phone industry of domestic and abroad and explains the three general standard of 3G net, that is WCDMA, cdma2000 and TD-SCDMA.The second part clarifies relevant knowledge of BREW platform including the system pattern of BREW, BREW SDK, the processing mechanism of BREW and so on.The third part is the main part of this article, which stimulates the structure design of 3G mobile, analyzes the hardware and software function of it. Based on this the article analyze the set-up sequence, function mechanism and wireless download, At last, this part takes the Camera module as an example to analyze the key part of software design.The fourth part introduces the analysis and designation of the hopeful multimedia module system.
