Microminiature system of detect could heighten the army's capability of campaign and survive in the battlefield, because of its small cubage, good performance of enshroud, fast response, better flexibility, strong viability, low cost, and so on. It will exert important effect in the future battle. In the latest years, the technology of short-range respondent detection, MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits), and programmable logic has developed fast. And this has established a favorable base for the research on the microminiature detector.In this disquisition, we analyze the configuration, principle and the guide line of the performance first. On the base of the theory and the fact requirement, give the parameters of the millimeter wave FMCW distance measure system and the work-frequency. Then introduced the relational technologies, MMIC, MEMS, MOEMS and so on. we also analyze the low physic yawp MMIC VCO, and bring forward a project about the integration of radio frequency module theoretically. The emphasis of the disquisition is frequency measure part. It consists of CPLD and SCM . Hardware configuration and software flow chart are designed. And the software part was realized by VHDL language, C51and assemble language .
