| In this paper, a three-pass power supply is designed which driving piezoelectric micro displacement actuators and it can be controlled by programming. It is composed of the Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG) , Power amplifier and manipulative software. The paper study about the interrelated technology of Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS) and Arbitrary Waveform Generator.According to that, a three-pass Arbitrary Waveform Generator base on DDS and embedded-computer PC104 is designed. AWG is designed by the drive power which apply technology of Electron- Design-Automation and adopt the combination of PLD and special chip.It achieve the function of the power through the power amplifier which is controlled by the system software.The power can be programmable in Waveform, Frequency, Amplitude and Phase online. The range of Frequency is 0～10KHz , the range of Voltage is 0～200V and the step of Phase is 0.1°. |
