| Error of an AC Digital Servo-System of a certain Turret based on Field Bus is analyzed deeply and measures of reducing the system error are proposed. Structure of the system is introduced simply and causations of the system error are analyzed. Affection of Network-Induced Delay on the system is studied especially. The characteristic of CAN Bus's delay is described in detail. Error function resulting from Network-Induced Delay is presented and the Networked Control System (NCS) model is established based on CAN Bus. Simulation and analysis are made respectively under different situation of delay. Fuzzy adaptive controller that can adjust the system parameters appropriately is designed to minimize the error caused by Network-Induced Delay. Simulation is realized of this controller in NCS. Experiments are carried on the Servo-System based on Field Bus. The results of simulations and experiments indicate that good performance can be achieved with the method presented above. |
