Green On A Telecommunications Billing System

A complete solution for a charging policy of leased circuits provided in the article is applied to CIS (Computer Information System) of leased circuit business center of BTA (Beijing Telecom Administration). Realization of the policy integrates management of leased circuit business to CIS and smoothly meets the need of rapid development of transfering data in Information Age.In the article Switched Ethernet and WAN(Wide Area Network) are used in network, designation ,and Client/Server mode is combined with WWW to establish the software framework, and a logical model of the CIS is built by introducing Petri net method into analyzing requirement of the policy in detail.Two primary characters of the policy , occuring sequence of events and coordinate relationship of system objects, are reflected during the analysis. They are also found in most businesses of Telecom, Banking and etc. It is believed that the methods and conclusions can be applied to them easily.
