Digital Library as the next generation Internet information resources management mode, supported by the introduction of modern high-tech digital information resources, can fundamentally change the current status of online information decentralization and inconvenience in use. As Digital Library has to integrate heterogeneous databases, and for the foreseeable future, databases are likely to continue to be delivered through a variety of interfaces, it is equally likely that there will be increasing demands from users for simplified access and therefore promote the research and development of unified retrieval technology and various unified retrieval systems come into being.Numerous databases the unified retrieval systems want to integrate are not in accordance with international standards. They are defined as non-standard databases in this thesis. There is no uniform solution to the integration of these databases. After the in-depth study in non-standard databases integration retrieval technology, supported by the digital library project built for one university of Hebei province, this thesis introduced the model of integration retrieval system of non-standard databases based on web agent mode, solved key problems of uniform inquiries, receiving and parsing of HTML source files and Web Service deployment. Finally the research results are applied in integration retrieval of non-standard databases like Wei Pu, and implement web service of integration retrieval of non-standard data resources.The realization of this service provides a new way to implement the integration retrieval of non-standard data resources, in which Digital Library will integrate more domestic and foreign non-standard data resources and achieve the true meaning of the data sharing. Some optimization strategies are given at last as the focus of the next step.
