Sc Sva Group Financial Sector Management Research

Based on merging the existing TV stations,broadcasting stations and thetransmitting stations of Sichuan, Sichuan broadcasting & Tv groups is a new groupwhich is under the background of the broadcasting & TV industry changing fromenterprise to industry. As an important department which manages the capital of thegroup, facing on the new operation model and the flourish development trend of themedia and entertainment industry, the finance department is farther more needed toimprove the effect of management by using the modern theory of administration,Concentrated on the own operating characteristics of the finance department, thispaper mainly researches on the final effect on the management of the financedepartment by using the theory of administration. And analyses the problems existing inthe finance department on the department structure,the processing design and theinspirit. Finally, this paper gives out the solution ways of these problems.Now, the correlative managing measures in the finance department have been putinto practice and gained well response. It is hopefully that these managing measurescould be refer to the finance department of other companies as facing the sameproblems as Sichuan broadcasting & Tv groups.
