The Study, Based On The Alarm System Of Systems Engineering Perspective

Since springing up in 20^th century, system science is widely applied to the various fields in natural and social science and regarded as a guide for research and practice. Synthesize alarming system is a information desk integrated 110, 119 and 120 of security organ with the characteristics of advanced, practicality, solid and high efficiency which makes use of modern communicate technology and computer application technology to handle criminal and public security cases, register alarm information and consult & analyze the information under the united direction. Synthesize alarming system effectively improves the rapid response competence, cooperative engagement capacity and anti-terrorism treatment capacity when confronted with unexpected events and emergency. It helps to establish and perfect the existing emergency rescue system and improve the institutionalization and standardization of emergency command. However, there are some weaknesses in the existing synthesize alarming system which needs more research and discussion and guidance in theory.Based on results from other studies and systems engineering theory, this paper analyzes the Integrated Alarm System, describes its operation and control, then summed up the ways of its operation and further optimization.The main tasks of this paper are 1. The application of system engineering social science and some research methods of system engineering. 2. The analysis of the birth and evolution of synthesize alarming system including the conditions and reasons for its birth, the characteristics and the current situation & change analysis. 3. System engineering analysis of synthesize alarming system including the establishment analysis of synthesize alarming system based on Hall Three-dimensional Structural Method, the change analysis based on the Organization and self-organization theory, and work mode based on the information and control theory.The paper systematically analyzes the emergence, evolution, operation, control and other issues of the Comprehensive alarm system. Then does a detailed analysis of synthesize alarming system using three-dimensional structure Hall, Self-organization and evolutionary mechanisms of control theory and the theory of comprehensive information and warning system.
