Vocational education is more and more getting society's attention, Along with the rapid development of higher education, Education management and personnel training mode of higher vocational education has been attached high degree of attention .The goal of computer basis course is to assure students of not only basic knowledge and skills of computers but also comprehensive career ability required for future employment.The initiative of student of advanced vocational school who under the traditional teaching pattern is relatively lower, it is very difficult to reach fine teaching effect if the type being under no concrete mission and target situation by the student acting on self's own study. Driven by the self-learning tasks is the implementation of a teaching method of inquiry teaching. It adapt to learning how to operate the type of knowledge and skills, especially in the application of the knowledge and skills of computer. Concept map is an effective way for teaching and learning. It can be used in subject teaching in order to promote teacher's teaching and student's learning. The main problem which is how to use concept map to make effective mission driving teaching will be solved in this article.This paper studies based on the guidance of the situation at home and abroad and constructivist learning theories, By analyzing the teaching function of concept map to explore how the concept plan as a teaching tool embedded into effective teaching . The author went into the frontline of teaching process, Adopted from September 2006 to April 2007 Conducted a lot of experiments, Using the pilot study, observation, interviews, physical collection methods , Research the steps and methods of the task-driven instructional design based on the concept plan. Then, the feasibility and actual effect of the teaching pattern was showed through experiment data research and analysis. So, It was proved that use the new-type teaching mode to organise teaching can improve knowledge and skills as well as comprehensive occupation ability of advanced vocational school's students by a large scale ,and it helps in cultivating creative talents.Finally, this paper analyzes the main results of research and study limitations, and the future direction of further study.
