Digital Tv Flat Panel Display Integrated Test System

With the development of the television display technology and the gradually maturity of the technique of High-Definition television(HDTV), the Liquid Crystal Display TV becomes the mainstream productions for its thin appearance,brightness colours and high definition.The new LCD HDTV vocation standards was also issued in 2006,and it offers a clearly benchmark for the LCD TV capability performance.To develope an auto measurement system for the LCD TV performance test becomes a practicality work.This thesis introduces the test contents and test methords based on the new vocation standards, and then set up a compositive test system for the LCD TV performance test.The compositive test system can finish the most of the test contents automatically and send the test data to the computer database to finish auto-calculate and judgement.This system is based on the WindowsXP system,and using Visual Basic6.0 advanced programme languages as the mainly software setup tools.The test enquipments control and the test data transfer use the RS232 serial interface to achievement.The system also inosculated the mainly test contents and judgment spec for the LCD TV vocation standards,and realized the database management for the calculate formula and judgement specifications.The auto-measurement and standardization can be realized by using the compositive test system. And it will also reduce the workload for the conners and operators.This thesis includes the test theory ,design methord and automeasurement for the compositive test system.And then talk about the hardware constructure,include with the choice gist for the mainly test enquipments(such as the colorimeter)and the relative hardware enquipments(such as the signal generators),and also with the choice gist and setup for the hardware interfaces.The software constructure includes the RS232 serial interface programme writing,the designs of the mainly interfaces and the descriptions of the functions.The configuration and actualize for database are also be described in this thesis. At the end of this thesis.the expectation for this compositive test system is mentioned for its expandations and intactness.The main program sourse codes and notations are also attached as the appendix.
