Workflow split the applied logic and procedure logic. The facility of a system can be refined easily by mere change of the procedure model and the stabilization of function implementation, ensuring prompt response to the reasonably organized enterprise information, application tools and human resources.Workflow technology is a key technology to enterprise business process modeling, simulating, optimizing, management and integration, for the purpose of realizing business process automation. The research and application of workflow technology has great significance to enterpises.XPDL criterion is a workflow process definition language based XMl ,it was advanced by WFMC. It aims at process definition change interface in workflow consult model. It can be used to template of workflow engine process implement.The advantage of XPDL is that it can be a universal frame to support devoloper's special aims, devoloper's implement and it's exterior interface are devided. For denotation format can be keeped whatever the frame is implemented and descripted.WFMC and other popular workflow description languages are analyzed. Then the modules of the workflow system based on XPDL are discussed. The Role and Task Based Access Control (R&TBAC) model to WfMS is also introduced. A tree-structure organization is designed which is better in role hierarchy management.the. architecture of the workflow designer is introduced and the implementation of all the modules is given out. A visible design platform is provided, which can generate WFMC document automatically according to the graphic description. Moreover, a visible environment for creating and editing WSDL files is also provided. Beside this, the functions of model checking and workflow simulation are implemented in the system. Consequently, the flow also can be deployed on the server conveniently.An application case is presented to show how to use the workflow designer, and how to use the simulation function to verify the workflow. It is shown that the system is practical and convenient. |
