| To identify the information of commodity quickly and correctly under the condition of high speed and great density of railway and assure the safety and correction of railway transportation so as to accelerate the development of logistics, some key technologies of railway RFID system are studied in this paper based on CS-1 system, which can meet the basic requirements, reduce the size and cut down the cost at the same time. Main works in this paper are presented below.1. Design of diminutive electronic tag. Using suspended micro-strip structure, which takes air as the main radiation medium, a diminutive antenna is realized. Side line band-stop structures are designed to complete the filter nets, and less room is taken to realize high power-conversion efficiency and switch ratio. Besides, all medium is cheap, which depresses system cost.2. Design of front end of receiver. Attenuation of data signal and noise power is calculated. Then we determine the solutions for the front end of receiver system according the requirement of receiver system. This paper also discusses the theories of low noise amplifier and adopts a parallel coupling micro-strip structure to restrain the noise at 2.45GHz, and two-stage cascade low-noise amplifier with the characteristics of high gain and low noise figure is realized. |
