At present, the material test-bed of computer-control is the hotspot of exploiture and research in international test-bed industry. In this paper, it researches and design computer-control system of torque material test-bed deeply, which is based on mastering lots of test-bed dynamic information. The analysis to system indicates that the large variation of the object parameters, redundant force, deformation of the specimen and the disturbance caused by the frictional moment are four major factors influencing the control accuracy. In the paper, it designs compensator to eliminate infaust influence, which applies principle of structure fixity. To aim at the characteristic of system object, it goes on research and simulation respectively to PID control and internal model control. The simulation result indicates that the linear PID control can not satisfy request of full performance target. But the structure of internal model control is very simpleness, it also has strong robust stability. It can realize no static difference to special input signal. The additional disturb also can be restrained completely. The excellent performance is very suitable for the system. The test-bed control software is weaved on VC environment, which is exploit-ured on PC flat-roof and Windows system. The system software has hereinafter characteristic mostly:Interviewing Access test information database by adopting ADO.Realizing selection and printing of report by using Crystal report. The sampling precision is improved and the real time quality is ensured by using multithreading and multimedia timer technique.
